Pasta with aubergine sauce



As a child I didn’t like aubergines.

I found them tasteless and characterless.

Then I ate them one day covered with a delicious tomato sauce and I am in love of their creaminess and thatspicy soul which only come out if cooked properly.

In this recipe I combined that memory with some new ingredients a magic was born.
