Pasta and shrimp, the recipes of memories – Italian Cuisine


Good as my grandmother did, maybe even more. We prepared 20 pasta and shrimp to celebrate a sweet memory that smells of summer. To each his own version of the heart, but to a pact. That the prawns are fresh, small and sweet!

Simple and good

The most delicate and traditional recipe of pasta and shrimp is prepared by heating a clove of garlic with extra virgin olive oil in a pan and stirring the peeled shrimp, taking care not to let them dry (to avoid fading with half a glass of white wine). To complete, just boil the pasta al dente and turn it in the pan: once ready, we will sprinkle it with a little chopped parsley.

With the cream

One of the most popular condiments for pasta and shrimp is simply prepared with shrimp, cream and pepper. To make it just burn the shrimp tails in a pan, add the cream, heat and enrich with plenty of ground pepper. It is left to cool and thicken in a pan: this sauce will then be used to season the freshly drained tagliatelle.

In red

The tomato sauce becomes very sweet with shrimps. Let's prepare it with a clove of garlic, cherry tomatoes without seeds and whole shrimps. The trick to make it even more flavorful? Crush the shrimp heads to release all the juice.
