Some of these come directly fromOsteria Francescana, others from Franceschetta 58, still others from Maria Luigia House and are signed by Bottura and his team of chefs. These dishes were born as part of a project by Food for Soul, inspired by the motto "Cooking is a gesture of love, To show that food is a very powerful tool for giving substance to social change, starting from the awareness that the necessary premise is to know and appreciate its value, and learn to preserve it.
