#LCIGOESTOUNESCO: our journey - Italian Cuisine


We have embarked on this incredible and happy journey through kitchens throughout Italy, from yours to those of the great chefs, and our goal, our Ithaca, is to consecrate Italian cuisine as an intangible heritage for humanity.
As in all good trips we are accompanied by dear friends who, like us for some time, have been telling about Italian cuisine in its astonishing variety of traditions, products, tastes, contamination, inspirations, emotions: the direction of the new issue of La Cucina Italiana, in newsstand from August 5, is entrusted to Davide Oldani. It is to the Lombard chef that Massimo Bottura, editor of the July issue, passed the baton of ambassador to promote the ambitious communication project aimed at supporting the universal value of the gastronomic culture of our country.
We are only at the beginning, because the story is as vast as the love and care that each of us puts every day in preparing a dish. Keep following us.
