First of all, prepare the biscuit dough.
Whip the eggs, at room temperature, with sugar and milk for at least 10-15 minutes: they should be very light and very foamy.
Then add sifted flour and baking powder, and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into the oven tray lined with parchment paper, level well and cook for 6-7 minutes in a preheated oven at 220 ° C.
In the meantime prepare the bagna bringing water, rum and sugar to the boil so that the sugar dissolves and the alcohol evaporates, leaving only a rum flavored syrup.
Once ready, turn the cookie dough onto another sheet of parchment paper.
Then cut into 8 strips of the same size (about 3 cm) and then each strip into 3 rectangles (about 8 cm long), which you will have to brush with the wet.
Break the 2 chocolates into 2 different bowls, and dissolve them in the microwave (or bain-marie).
Add the chocolate seed oil to the milk and mix.
At this point you just have to assemble the tiles: divide the biscuit dough rectangles into groups of 3.
Then spread the milk chocolate on 1 rectangle, cover with the second rectangle and spread the milk chocolate on this.
Close with the third rectangle without smearing anything: you will end up with a sort of 3-layer sandwich of biscuit dough, filled with milk chocolate.
Continue with the other biscuit dough rectangles and the remaining milk chocolate until you find 8 different sandwiches.
Put the cutting sandwiches, so as to have the filling facing upwards, then immerse the underside of each tile in dark chocolate, so as to seal the layers between them and find yourself with the typical chocolate base.
As they are ready, lay your tiles on a sheet of baking paper with the chocolate base down, resting on the parchment paper.
Pour the dark chocolate left in a pastry bag with a small hole with a small hole (if you use a single use, simply cut the needle, so as to make a very small hole) and decorate the upper surface of the tiles.
Let it solidify.
Your homemade tegolini are ready, you just have to bring them to the table and amaze your children!
