“I tried to cook them as if they were a risotto, or by adding boiling water to the pan, a few ladles at a time. For my lifestyle, I always need a load of carbohydrates and this recipe turned out to be perfect, also because I paired it with the Classic Mutti Sauce, with a simple but genuine taste, because made with the ingredients of our tradition: tomato Mutti, a minced end of onions and basil, extra virgin olive oil ".
