Creamy Granita Recipe - Italian Cuisine


  • 3 pcs bananas
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g pink grapefruit juice
  • 90 g raspberries
  • 40 g honey
  • puffed cereals
  • pistachio grain
  • grapefruit to decorate

For the recipe of creamy fruit, cut the bananas into slices and distribute them in a tray next to the raspberries; place in the freezer for 4 hours. Then blend 60 g of raspberries and the rest of the fruit with yogurt, honey and grapefruit juice. Pour into the cups and complete with slices of grapefruit, chopped pistachio, cereals and the remaining frozen raspberries.
