First work the butter at room temperature with the sugar, then stir in the boiling water and vanilla, working with a whisk to whip the butter.

Finally add the sifted cocoa, always continuing to whisk for at least 3-4 minutes, in order to incorporate air and obtain a light mixture.

The chocolate buttercream is ready, use it as soon as possible to keep it all the lightness.
