First wash the cherries and piss them off.
Then chop the chocolate and melt it (in the microwave or in a bain-marie), then let it cool.

Meanwhile chop the biscuits.

Whip the butter into small pieces with the sugar, then biscuits and melted chocolate.

Also add the pitted cherries to the mixture and stir.
Then form the salami with moistened hands, resting it on transparent film, wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

The chocolate salami with cherries is ready, you just need to cut it into slices and serve it.
