Ingredients
- 500 g robiola
- 200 g Grana Padano Dop grated
- 1 pc tomato
- rosemary
- butter
- pepper
For the cheese tacos recipe, melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and distribute 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan. Cook getting a sort of wafer. Remove it with the aid of a fork and place it on a convex surface, so that it cools to form a tile. Repeat the operation with the rest of the grain until you get 10 tacos. Finely chop the leaves of a rosemary sprig and incorporate them in the robiola; transfer it to a pastry bag. Remove the tomato from the seeds and cut it into small cubes. Stuff the grana tacos with the robiola cheese and complete them with a tomato cube and a little pepper.
