Put flour, beer, milk, honey and bicarbonate in a bowl.
Stir until obtaining a homogeneous batter, then add the chopped and blended chocolate
Heat a non-stick pan with very little oil and start to cook the pancakes one ladle at a time, over medium-low heat.
When bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges begin to peel off the pan, gently turn the pancake with a spatula and cook the second side.
As they are ready, stack your pancakes with beer on a plate, then decorate them with maple syrup or something else and enjoy!
