Ingredients
- 200 g fresh cream 35%
- 200 g fresh mascarpone
- 60 g sugar
- 3 pcs egg yolks
- 20 g bitter cocoa
- 10 pcs soft biscuits
- 4 cups of coffee
For the Eataly tiramisu recipe, whip the cream together with the mascarpone; apart whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the two compounds. Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee, place a layer in a baking dish, or in individual cups, and cover it with the mascarpone cream. Continue alternating the layers and completing them sprinkling with cocoa. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
