Peanut Butter and Honey Yogurt Dip with Apple Slices

I saw a recipe for a peanut butter and yogurt dip on Prevention RD[1] that inspired me to make this dip. I used Greek honey yogurt mixed with peanut butter and a bit of honey. I served this dip with crisp apple slices. My kids absolutely loved this snack and I felt good about serving it to them. It was quick, easy, and super tasty.

Mix the Greek honey yogurt together with the peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of honey until well combined. Drizzle the top with the remaining honey and serve with apple slices immediately. Enjoy.

Ingredients:

6 oz Greek honey yogurt
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 tsp honey, divided

Directions:

Mix the Greek honey yogurt together with the peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of honey until well combined. Drizzle the top with the remaining honey and serve with apple slices immediately. Enjoy.

After eating a bunch of junk food on Super Bowl Sunday, I wanted to make my kids a healthy after school snack today. I had some fresh blackberries and bananas but I needed to pick up some yogurt at the store. I let the kids decide which flavor of yogurt and they both chose peach. The smoothie put huge smiles on their faces and they said they were “AMAZING and totally blog worthy”. Simple, quick, and so delicious… I like snacks like that!

Place the ice cubes, yogurt, milk, blackberries, banana, and honey into a blender and mix until well blended. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with an extra blackberry and a straw. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

2 cups of ice
1 1/2 cups of peach yogurt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 heaping cup of fresh blackberries
2 bananas
1-2 tsp honey

Directions:

Place the ice cubes, yogurt, milk, blackberries, banana, and honey into a blender and mix until well blended. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with an extra blackberry and a straw. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
