In a large bowl mix the melted butter (at room temperature) with the icing sugar. Add the apple puree then the milk, mix with a whisk.
Pour the flour mix sieving it well.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Flavor, if desired, with cinnamon to taste.
In a non-stick frying pan, melt a little butter and pour a ladle of batter.
Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes (or until the pancake can be turned).
Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve with icing sugar, a few slices of apple and Golden ryrup to taste.

Preparation

To make the apple pie recipe, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
First prepare the apple filling. Peel the apples and slice them, place them in a large bowl with lemon juice, cinnamon and flour.

Prepare the dough: mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. In another bowl mix the butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth. Add the egg yolks, sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Stir to mix, then add the flour mixture and incorporate everything until it is well blended.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured cake pan (or with the peeler) place the apple slices in a radial pattern. Cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the meringue. Whisk the egg whites until they are foamy (they should not be whipped). Gradually add the sugar and whisk, for as long as necessary, until the mixture is very stable.
Remove the cake from the oven and add the egg whites on top.
Cook for another 15-20 minutes until the meringue is browned.
The cake must be cooled before being served.

Arrange the apple slices in a radial pattern overlapping them if necessary. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and add a few flakes of butter on the apples.
Put in the oven.
Meanwhile prepare the cake dough. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. mix the flour and baking powder together in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, mix with whips, including electric, butter and sugar until they bind well, add the beaten egg yolks, sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla extract.
Mix and add the flour mix, prepared previously and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Still with electric whips, whisk the egg whites until stiff and add them to the dough with movements from the bottom upwards, using a pan.
Remove the apples from the oven and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples, level and cook for 25-30 minutes until it is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake will be dry.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes, then turn a knife around the edges of the cake to loosen it from the sides of the mold and turn the cake upside down on a suitable serving dish.
