A large portion of these 50 foods will help safeguard the planet they are easily available in Italy such as: walnuts, lentils, spelled, spinach, beets, beans, sesame seeds, courgette flowers. Healthy, nutritious foods that have become the protagonists of a recipe book – from which this recipe is taken – dedicated to good food and created in collaboration with the CREA Research Center – AN (Council for research in agriculture and the analysis of the agricultural economy ), and starting from the great work carried out in collaboration with the WWF and with the Public Health and Nutrition Center of the University of Washington.

It is a collector of Knorr recipes presented in an innovative way, based on their effect on people (therefore from a nutritional point of view) or on the planet (therefore from an environmental point of view), highlighting the importance of a conscious approach to the power supply.
