Recipe Fried egg «on the lawn – Italian Cuisine


  • 500 g broccoli with florets
  • 4 pcs eggs
  • butter
  • parsley
  • salt

For the fried egg recipe «on the lawn, scald the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes; drain and cut the flowered part with a small knife, almost crumbling it into a kind of moss.
Slice the stems finely, obtaining tree-shaped sections.
Cook the eggs in a pan with a knob of frothy butter for 3-4 minutes. Add salt. Arrange the eggs in the dish and surround the yolk with the moss and the slices of broccoli and parsley leaves.
