Ingredients
- 200 g dark, milk and white chocolate
- 180 g flour
- 125 g salted butter
- 100 g whole cane sugar

For the recipe for three chocolate biscuits, mix the flour with the sugar and half a teaspoon of yeast, then add the butter and work with your fingers to obtain a sandy mixture, then stir in the egg. Chop the three types of chocolate and add them to the mixture with a pinch of salt.
