Recipe Biscottoni with three chocolates


  • 200 g dark, milk and white chocolate
  • 180 g flour
  • 125 g salted butter
  • 100 g whole cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • baking powder for cakes
  • salt

For the recipe for three chocolate biscuits, mix the flour with the sugar and half a teaspoon of yeast, then add the butter and work with your fingers to obtain a sandy mixture, then stir in the egg. Chop the three types of chocolate and add them to the mixture with a pinch of salt.

Form a loaf and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour. Remove the dough from the fridge, shape 12-14 balls of about 40-45 g of dough and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them at least 5-6 cm from each other: during cooking they will flatten and widen a lot. Bake at 150 ° C for 15-16 '. Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool completely before eating them.
