The pumpkin rolls they are a perfect autumn appetizer. Cute to look at and delicious to eat, they are also very simple and quick to prepare. The only difficulty is in cutting the pumpkin of the right thickness, so that the slices do not unravel because they are too thin but do not break because they are too thick. You can vary the recipe by changing the type of salami, for example using bacon, and cheese or, if you want, you can add some flavor, such as sage, thyme or rosemary. However, I suggest you try them, if you like pumpkin, because they are really a delight!
First slice the pumpkin into slices about half a cm thick.
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cook for about 10 minutes in a convection oven preheated to 180 ° C: the pumpkin must soften but not overcook or brown too much.
Then stuff the pumpkin with a bit of cheese and a slice of speck, then roll the pumpkin around the filling.
As they are ready, place your rolls on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cook for about 5 minutes with the grill and the temperature to the maximum.
Pumpkin rolls are ready, you can serve them warm or even warm.
