Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours or until doubled.
Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the filling: wash the grapes and cut them in half (if you want you can also remove the seeds); in a bowl, mix the cheeses together.
Take the leavened dough, deflate it with lightly floured hands and roll it out with your hands starting from the center and reaching the edges, trying to spread the dough without touching the cornice too much.
Arrange the base in a lightly greased pan and stuff it, covering it first with the cream cheese and then placing the grapes on top.
Finally, cook for about 10 minutes at 200 ° C, in a preheated convection oven, turning on the grill if necessary for a few minutes, if needed.
