For the recipe of marzipan lozenges, mix the almond flour with the icing sugar carefully, possibly also in a mixer, operating it briefly. Then add the rose water and the egg whites and knead everything, obtaining a soft mixture. Lay it down by spatulating it in a plate on a piece of wafer cut to size. Level the mixture and smooth the surface with a wet spatula. Bake at 170 ° C for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar and let it rest for at least 2 hours, but even better for 12 hours. Finally cut it into diamond shapes.
