Bake at 200 ° for about an hour and a half and then let the chicken rest out of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Break the crust from the ends and very gently. Serve the portioned chicken, eliminating excess salt on the skin.

Ideal side dishes

Baked chicken is fine with everything.
