The foods to avoid

The tomato sauce, notoriously acid, is not recommended. But to avoid there also different fruits containing a lot sugar, as well as alcoholic beverages, the milk, tea, pepper and peppers. Eye also to canned foods like tuna, pickles and sottacenti. To avoid annoying heartburn are also advised against chocolate and carbonated drinks.

Who eats slowly …

In the case of acidity and "internal fire", finally, it is important to consume small meals and very calmly, chewing slowly so as to also favor the digestion. It is not by chance that these unbearable phenomena occur between half an hour and sixty minutes after meals, with evident worsening when one immediately lays down on the sofa as soon as it is finished eating. On the contrary, standing when the burning comes, relieves suffering. And when they last for long periods of time they risk damage the esophagus. In short, it will not be the basis for everything, but even proper nutrition can help fight heartburn.
