Finely chop the biscuits finely, melt the chocolate and butter (in the microwave or in a water bath), then add them to the biscuits, together with the coffee and rum, and mix.
Then divide the mixture into 10 equal parts and give each the shape of a cigar, creating a sausage and flattening one of the two ends (I cut it and ate it, but you can also flatten it manually).
Place the cigars on a tray lined with parchment paper and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour to solidify.
Pick up the cigars, decorate the rounded part with an aluminum band, then dip the flat part in a little melted dark chocolate and pass it immediately in the hazelnut grain to simulate the ash.
Leave them in the fridge for at least another 30 minutes for the chocolate to dry properly.
The chocolate cigars are ready, you just have to serve them and have fun eating them with your guests!
