First, put the bread to soak in water.
Then cook the sausages, browning them well in a non-stick pan: when they are well cooked, cut them into pieces.

In the meantime, peel and wash the broccoli, chop them coarsely and sauté them in a pan with garlic, olive oil, chilli and a little salt, stewing with the lid on.

Allow the broccoli to cool a little, then put them in a bowl and mix them with the gently squeezed bread, egg and a pinch of salt.
Knead, adding a little breadcrumbs if the mixture seems too soft.

With wet hands, take some of the mixture and mash it in your hands, place a piece of sausage in the center, then close the dough on the filling to create the meatball.
Continue like this until all the ingredients are used up, then pass your meatballs in breadcrumbs.

Heat some seed oil in a non-stick pan, then cook the meatballs, turning them to brown evenly.

The broccoli meatballs with sausage are ready, serve hot or lukewarm.
