Peel and cut the onion and grate the garlic clove.

Sauté everything with a drizzle of oil in a pan for a couple of minutes. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the eggs, salt, parsley and chopped chilli, cumin powder, salt, pepper and the dried onion c.
Work the ingredients and mix everything well.

When the mixture of meatballs will be homogeneous, form the meatballs by placing the crumbled slice in the center and closing it to form large crushed meatballs.


When you have formed all the bifteki, heat the oil in a non-stick pan then cook the meatballs on both sides for at least 3-5 minutes.

As they are cooked, place the bifteki on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. So serve the bifteki with a side dish of salad.
