- 100 g corn flour
- 100 g fine corn flour (foil)
- 50 g unpeeled hazelnuts

- 2 bananas

For the banana sbrisolona recipe, coarsely blend all the hazelnuts with the sugar. Mix them with softened butter and corn flour, egg yolks and a little grated lemon and orange zest, obtaining a set of large crumbs.
Add a teaspoon of poppy seeds and one of flax seeds and arrange the dough in two low cake tins (ø 20 cm), pressing it a little. Bake the cakes at 180 ° C for 15-20 '. Remove from the oven and put them on a plate.
