  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar plus a little
  • 150 g peeled hazelnuts
  • 100 g corn flour
  • 100 g fine corn flour (foil)
  • 50 g unpeeled hazelnuts
  • 2 yolks
  • 2 bananas
  • Orange
  • lemon
  • flax seed
  • poppy seeds

For the banana sbrisolona recipe, coarsely blend all the hazelnuts with the sugar. Mix them with softened butter and corn flour, egg yolks and a little grated lemon and orange zest, obtaining a set of large crumbs.

Add a teaspoon of poppy seeds and one of flax seeds and arrange the dough in two low cake tins (ø 20 cm), pressing it a little. Bake the cakes at 180 ° C for 15-20 '. Remove from the oven and put them on a plate.

Decorate them with sliced ​​bananas, sprinkle them with sugar and caramelise them with the caramelizer.
