5 recipes with zucchini

If you don't feel like cooking try these 5 recipes without cooking: protagonist? Zucchini!

Someone is already on vacation and someone else is about to leave or is planning their August vacation. In short, summer is now just around the corner and the desire to get in the kitchen is less and less.
We therefore decided to give you some ideas to prepare fresh and tasty dishes and above all, without cooking.
Today's ingredient is courgette and if you are thinking that eating it raw is impossible, you are wrong!
Here are 5 recipes with zucchini perfect for the summer to prepare in minutes and without turning on the oven and stove.

Zucchini and carrot spaghetti

They are called Zoodles (Zucchini + Noodles) spaghetti made with zucchini. If you don't have it yet, you absolutely have to buy the penknife for zucchini and carrots. It is a tool that can transform vegetables into spaghetti or tagliatelle, depending on the blade used. You can season the zucchini spaghetti simply with pesto and cherry tomatoes.
To soften them just season them with oil and salt and let them rest for a few minutes.

Zucchini salad

Fresh courgettes, small courgettes, light and bright green ones are the best to eat raw in salads. Slice them with a mandolin and add them to the lettuce or mixed salad of your choice. Season with oil, salt and lemon and if you want, add some feta-type tasty cheese.

Zucchini sushi

It looks like sushi but it's not! Thinly cut the courgettes lengthwise using a mandolin. Spread soft cheese and then add slices of salmon cut into strips. Roll up and stop the rolls with chives.

Zucchini smoothie

One of those super energy drinks that can even replace a meal when it is very hot and you have little appetite. This smoothie rich in vitamins and minerals is prepared by blending zucchini and avocado pulp and adding a pinch of salt and pepper and a little lemon juice. To enrich it you can add celery cubes and toasted bread and eat it as a cold velvety.

Marinated zucchini

A very tasty side dish which, however, requires some long waiting times. It looks a bit like a recipe for marinated courgettes, but here courgettes are raw. Cut them as in the sushi recipe and then let them marinate in oil and lemon (or vinegar) and chopped parsley or mint and, if you like, a clove of garlic for about 6 hours.
You can eat marinated courgettes so natural, or you can use them to make bruschetta.
