Ingredients
- 300 g golden apples
- 200 g white flour
- 150 g white yogurt
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 50 g of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- baking powder
- grated lemon peel
- salt
- butter for the molds
For the recipe of simple cakes, peel the apples and cut them into cubes. In a bowl mix together the sifted flour with 2 teaspoons of yeast, a pinch of salt and all the other ingredients indicated; finally add the diced apples.
Pour the mixture into 12 buttered creme caramel molds, then bake at 200 degrees for about 15 '. Remove from the oven, turn out the cakes and serve them warm.
