  • 500 g of veal fillet

Transfer it to the oven and cook it at 90 ° C for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, let it rest for about ten minutes, then cut it into very thin slices. Stir 1 mayonnaise with 1 mustard. Clean and wash the chicory. Serve the magatello with the mustard mustard, accompanying it with the chicory and chopped guttiau bread.
