Ingredients
- 200 g summer salad
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 100 g black grapes
- raspberry vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bunches of black currant
- salt
- pepper
Peel, wash and drain the salad carefully, then arrange it in a deep serving dish. Halve the well-washed black grapes and mix them with the salad. Finally rinse the currant and spread it over. Available and in tufts, on cottage cheese. Prepare the vinaigrette: dissolve a pinch of salt and pepper in 2 small spoons of vinegar. Add drop by drop, mixing well with a whisk, 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil and emulsify everything. Pour this sauce over the salad. Bring to the table.
