Ingredients
- 1 L vegetable broth
- 30 g agar -agar
- 5 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 2 pcs carrots
- 2 pcs zucchini
- 1 pc yellow pepper
- 1 pc fennel
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
For the recipe of the holiday asdic, peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes about 5 mm in size. Add the agar-agar in the hot broth and let it dissolve. Season with salt, add the vegetables and a handful of chopped parsley. Spread the mixture into a silicone mold and let it cool. Then put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Turn out the aspic and serve it.
