Mixed meat loaf recipe


  • 300 g fresh shelled beans
  • 250 g minced beef pulp
  • 150 g minced pork meat
  • 150 g salami paste
  • 50 g stale homemade bread
  • 3 new spring onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 shallot
  • parsley
  • mint
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Wring it out and chop it with a knife. Mix the pork and beef meat with the salami paste, salt and flavor with a sprig of chopped parsley. Add an egg, spring onions and bread.

Knead the meat with the dressing, then collect everything on a sheet of baking paper; give the dough a cylindrical shape and close it in the paper; wrap it further with aluminum foil and put it in an ovenproof dish. Bake it at 190 ° C for about 40 '.

Blanch the beans for 1 minute in boiling water, drain and peel them. Chop the shallot and brown it for 2-3 'in a drizzle of oil; flavor the beans for 1 ', wet them with 100 g of water, salt and cook until it has evaporated. Finally flavored with mint leaves. Remove the meatloaf from the oven, cut it into slices and serve with the mint beans.
