Hot Chocolate Recipe - Italian Cuisine


  • 330 g whole milk
  • 170 g dark chocolate
  • 70 g sugar
  • cocoa
  • whipped Cream

For the hot chocolate recipe, collect milk and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the heat and heat constantly stirring to the boil; add the chocolate into small pieces, remove from heat and stir (or blend with the immersion mixer) until the chocolate is homogeneous and perfectly smooth.
Distribute it in the cups, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then complete it with a nice dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa.
