Ingredients
- 150 g dry biscuits
- 125 g granulated sugar
- 60 g butter
- 60 g bitter cocoa
- 3 egg yolks
- dark rum
To prepare the chocolate salami, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then work them with the butter, very soft and cut into small pieces. Add the cocoa, passed with a sieve to remove any small knots, the crumbled biscuits and, finally, a spoonful of rum. Mix everything well, then put the dough on aluminum foil, giving it the shape of a salametto. Wrap it tightly, then place it in the fridge and leave it like this for one night. Serve cut into slices, as is done with real salami.
