20 recipes for dinner that do not require programming (nor fees) – Italian Cuisine


After a day of work, errands and household chores, there is often little time left to cook and it is unthinkable to go out shopping and buy the ingredients needed to prepare the recipe we read and we would love to do. And then maybe, after postponing it to the weekend we find ourselves rummaging in the pantry and in the fridge looking for the right inspiration for dinner recipes. What to prepare with what we have at home without taking refuge in the spaghetti with tomato sauce already prepared last night? Some ideas came to us, starting from the idea that we usually have fruit, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, carrots, peas, eggs, cheeses, sage, chicken, rice, turkey, pasta, lemon, canned tuna, onions, bread, breadcrumbs and mozzarella.

Here then are 20 simple recipes for dinner from which to draw inspiration to ensure that what we have in the refrigerator and in the pantry is sufficient for the preparation of a tasty and satisfying meal, capable of conquering the throat and palate. Go ahead for appetizers, first and second courses such as half paccheri with tuna and lemon, Fried sage, high omelette with eggplant, rice salad with vegetables and ricotta, citrus chicken legs, peas with stracciatella, stuffed zucchini, rags and peppers, paccheri, ricotta and aubergines, round courgettes in ortolana, chunks of turkey with raisins and pine nuts, ravioli with cheese, gratin tomatoes with raisins and pine nuts, cream of zucchini and chicken, salad of green beans and mozzarella with corn cream, Marsala carrots, onion and tomato soup, mozzarella in a carriage, small open strudels with vegetables, vegetable cream and fruit with salted taralli and pistachios.
