As rarely in the freezer of a single you will see some minced meat, we suggest you vegetable meatballs based on zucchini: boil the zucchini and potatoes, crush them and reduce them to a pulp, then together with an egg, mix them and form balls, to be covered in breadcrumbs. Sea bass
If you often eat at home and do not want to cook, try the sea bass: buy it already filleted and then steam it.
