Dutch Baby Pancake – 's Dutch Baby Pancake recipe – Italian Cuisine


Turn on the oven to 200 degrees and immediately put inside a pan that goes into the oven.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, the sifted flour, salt and continue to spin quickly.

Remove the pan from the oven, and put the butter on the bottom. As soon as the butter has melted, pour half the dough into the pan and bake. After 15 minutes you will notice that the dough has swollen.

As soon as the pancake is swollen and golden, remove it from the oven. So fill it with maple syrup, cream and fruit or whatever you like best.
