Neapolitan Chiena pizza, a treasure chest of creaminess and flavour



In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt, mix well. Add the warm water gradually, kneading until smooth homogeneous and soft compound. Transfer to a floured surface and knead to form smooth and elastic. Form a ball and place it in a bowl greased with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to double in size in a warm place.
