Ingredients
- 1 small melon
- 1 bunch of rocket
- 8 radishes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- lemon
- Tabasco
- Worcester
- salt
- pepper
Divide the melon in half lengthwise, empty it of the seeds and cut 8 slices (for the garnish). Free the remaining melon from the peel and cut it into cubes which you will collect in a bowl together with the chopped rocket and the radishes in rings. Season everything with an emulsion obtained by blending 60 g of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, drops of Worcester and Tabasco; transfer the salad to the serving dish, garnish it with the cherry tomatoes, the melon slices kept aside, a mince of pepper and immediately bring it to the table.
