Yogurt Mousse Recipe - Italian Cuisine


For each spoonful of softness, sweetness and the right acidity: a delight for which only three ingredients and few precautions are needed

  • 250 g fresh cream
  • 250 g whole white yogurt
  • 85 g icing sugar
  • blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries

To prepare the yogurt mousse, pour the cream into a very cold bowl (it will facilitate the processing) and whip it stopping as soon as it is creamy (half-mounted).
Add icing sugar and continue to whisk until you get a well-swollen and firm mixture.
complete it with fresh fruit, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries, blended fruit sauces or dark chocolate chips. Excellent for filling a pastry base and preparing a tart. Once ready, the mousse should be consumed within 24 hours.
