Italian chicken fajitas: with wraps, salad and ricotta cream with paprika
Ingredients
- 2 ready-made wraps
- 280 g whole chicken breast
- 250 g fresh ricotta
- rocket salad
- lettuce
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
To prepare Italian chicken fajitas, season the chicken breast with oil and pepper and let it soften for 30 minutes. Then brown it in a very hot pan for 2 minutes on each side. Lower the heat, cover and cook it again for 12-14 minutes.
whisk ricotta with 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt, obtaining a soft cream. Put it in a small bowl and sprinkle it with smoked paprika.
Cut the striped chicken, distribute them on the wraps and complete with salad leaves, tufts of sauce and a little of the cooking sauce. Close them and serve.
