Divide each slice of bread in half, so as to obtain squares (you will therefore find 14 squares of bread), then proceed with the filling: season the first layer of bread with Philadelphia and ham, add the second layer and season with mayonnaise and salami.
Repeat with the third and fourth layers, and again with the fifth and sixth, concluding with a last slice of bread: you should have obtained a sort of sandwich cube.
Repeat to create a second cube with the 7 remaining slices of bread.
Wrap with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours (you can also make them the night before).
Take back your cubes and cut them into slices (5-6 slices should come out for each cube).
Stick each slice with an ice cream stick, then cut the 2 upper ends to create your saplings (you can use the scraps to make salty truffles, adding a little more Philadelphia and some crackers).
The saplings of sandwiches are ready, you just have to serve them.
