Bolognese cutlets |  Yummy Recipes



Melt some butter in a pan, place the cutlets and cook them on both sides. Once cooked, place a slice of raw ham, parmesan flakes and tomato puree on each. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. They will be ready when the cheese has melted.
