One of the most used ingredients in traditional Italian cooking is pasta. Be it spaghetti, cannelloni or penne, Italian food is all about the pasta. With our cheap, quick and easy recipes you’ll be cooking like an Italian chef in no time making classics like macaroni cheese and beef lasagne. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll be able to make your own pasta sauce with our Italian sauce recipes. We’ve even got some top tips for cooking pasta from the pasta Queen herself, Michela Chiappa so you have no excuse for mustering up something special in the kitchen this week.
