First, cut the mozzarella into cubes and let it drain, then wash the tomatoes and cut them in half (or in 4, if they are a little larger)

Then combine the ingredients (tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado and pesto) in a bowl, mix, season with salt if necessary (depending on the pesto you use and your personal taste) and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
