Sift together the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

We prepare the chocolate dough base
Whip the whole eggs with the sugar and the vanilla essence until you get a light and fluffy mixture. Then add the flour mixed with cocoa and continue to whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Then add in finely chopped chocolate and, according to the recipe, a tonka bean minced cocoa but I have not put.
Add milk and melted butter.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold, then bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the coconut layer
In a bowl mix together the coconut flour, brown sugar, melted butter and milk.

When the chocolate base is ready, pour the coconut mixture onto the surface, trying to level it as much as possible.
Put back in the oven and bake the cake for another 10 minutes at 200 °

Once cooked, let the dream cake cool and then cut into slices and serve.

»Busiate alla Trapanese - Busiate recipe for Misya's Trapanese

The busiate alla trapanese they are a typical Sicilian first course. Busiate is a twisted short pasta, a sort of rolled fusilli that I only recently met during a dinner at my friend Checco's house. He, had seasoned the pasta with mixed vegetables, raisins, pine nuts and breadcrumbs, I for this time I opted to season them with a Trapani red pesto prepared with tomato, almonds and basil, delicious! I must say that the recipe is not very autumnal, but I had that package of busiate in the pantry that looked at me and I could not resist the temptation to cook them immediately and dress them with the colors of summer. That said, I leave you to the recipe and I wish you a sweet day: *
