The new labels they have an attractive look, with modern colors for a classic but renewed style. They remember the signs of old bistros and each reference is associated with different bottles, to further strengthen the already peculiar personalities of each variety.

Cavit's philosophy

The goal of winemakers is to obtain best expression of each grape variety, through a work that aims to constantly combine the high quality of the wines and the important volumes produced, ensuring over time distinctive characteristics and uniform organoleptic standards for each wine.

The wines for the summer

Among all the references of the Bottega Vinai line, perfect for these hot summer evenings you will find the Müller Thurgau Trentino DOC, a slightly aromatic but very pleasant white wine. The nose releases notes reminiscent of cedar and bergamot in addition to elderberry and acacia flowers. It is perfect as an aperitif accompanied by fish finger food you hate vegetables. Together with Müller, lo Chardonnay, which is grown in pedestrian areas, where the temperature range is strong between night and day and this change in temperature gives the wine a good acidity. It is a wine very fresh, savory, which in the mouth refers to exotic fruit. It is more structured than the Müller, thanks also to a passage in barrique which gives it a hint of vanilla and tobacco. It is the perfect accompaniment for first courses of fish, for an aperitif of oysters or to emphasize fish soups served by the sea.
