Phase two has not yet started. But, as of today, as required by the Prime Minister's decree, some activities start again and some shops reopen. The rules, however, are not valid throughout Italy: they are there several exceptions regional.

Stores

The reopening of bookstores, stationery stores and clothing stores for babies and children. But not everywhere: in Piedmont the resumption of these activities is not allowed. In Lombardy the reopening of bookshops and stationery shops is not allowed: the sale of books, notebooks and markers "is allowed only in hypermarkets and supermarkets", and they can reopen "with the usual rules relating to hygiene and distancing, shops for the sale of items for infants and children ", while the closure of hotels (with some exceptions: the hotels used for the hospitalization of the sick), professional offices (which continue the smart working activity, with exceptions) is confirmed until May 3 for particular deadlines) of the outdoor markets and all non-essential activities ". Also in Emilia Romagna, in the provinces of Piacenza and Rimini, in Medicina and in the hamlet of Ganzanigo, the retail trade activities of paper, cardboard and stationery, books, clothes for children and babies remain suspended. In Lazio the opening of the bookstores has been postponed to April 20 to allow time for exhibitors to organize security measures. Not even in Campania bookshops and stationery reopen, and children's clothing stores will only be able to stay active two mornings a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 8 to 14. The production and delivery of takeaway food remains blocked.

The productive activities

They are allowed to resume: the use of forest areas and forestry, the manufacture of computer, the care and maintenance of the landscape, the hydraulic works, the wholesale trade of paper and cardboard. Companies that cannot work are allowed "the shipment of goods in stock, access to company premises by employees or delegated third parties for the performance of surveillance, conservation and maintenance activities, payment management as well as cleaning and sanitation ".

The rules for those who reopen
