Pretzel Hearts – Pretzel Hearts Recipe – Italian Cuisine

»Cherry chocolate salami

First melt the chocolate (in the microwave or in a water bath).

Arrange the mini pretzels on a plate (if necessary you can cover it with parchment paper, if you are impractical and you are afraid that they will stick to the surface because of the chocolate) and fill the inside with chocolate, leaving the outer edge to form a little heart.
Decorate with sugar hearts or sprinkles, then let the chocolate solidify for about 1 hour.

The pretzel hearts are ready, keep them at room temperature (if it's cold) or in the fridge (if it's hot) until ready to serve them.

First prepare the ingredients and melt the chocolate (in the microwave or in a bain-marie).

Place a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface, add 6 pretzels in a circle, then pass a little white chocolate on the central part.
Overlap another 6 pretzels to the first, but placing the second circle staggered with respect to the first (each pretzel must be placed halfway between 2 pretzels of the lower circle), pressing a little to make it adhere to the chocolate.
Also cover the central part of the second circle with white chocolate, then decorate as desired with Christmas sugars, attaching them to chocolate.
Continue like this for the other garlands, then let it dry for at least 1 hour.

Pretzel garlands are ready.
