Never tried it potatos pizza? No, we are not offering you a flour and potato dough like this focacciabut to “roll out” the potatoes like a pizza and season this base as you like!

For this preparation you will have to boil the potatoes and mash them with the appropriate tool, then knead them with a little flour and salt and form discs. In this recipe we continued by seasoning the potato pizza with mozzarella, anchovy fillets, oregano and pepper and then bake everything for a few minutes: when the mozzarella is melted and the surface is lightly browned, the potato pizza is ready!

  • 150 g desalted cod
  • 1 g cloves of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • laurel
  • chilli powder
  • Origan
  • slices of homemade bread

To prepare the recipe of cod, bay leaf, oregano, brown in a pan 1-2 cloves of garlic with 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then add the slices of desalted cod (150-180 g per guest), 6-8 bay leaves (the quantity is to taste, but it must be abundant), perfume with a pinch of chilli powder and a sprig of oregano. After a few minutes on the lively flame, reduce it and cook the cod.
serve to taste with slices of toasted bread.

Beans, chicory and mackerel recipe with oregano vinaigrette


  • 450 g boiled white Spanish beans
  • 400 g feta-like cheese
  • 250 g drained mackerel in oil
  • 200 g peeled chicory
  • 70 g apple cider vinegar
  • 30 g chopped leek
  • fresh oregano
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

To prepare the recipe for beans, chicory and mackerel with oregano vinaigrette, cut the largest leaves of the chicory into strips and keep the small ones whole.
Reduce the feta first into 2-3 cm sides and then divide them in half.
Chop finely oregano, mix it with apple cider vinegar, 100 g of oil and a pinch of salt.
Jumbled up beans with 2⁄3 of crumbled mackerel, chicory strips and chopped leek; season with the vinaigrette and complete with the chicory leaves kept aside, the feta and the remaining mackerel.
